"7 Years" from the soul-pop band Lukas Graham is the first song from Denmark in the music history, which reached the no.1 position of the Global Chart. It was released on September 18, 2015. Frontman Lukas Forchhammer described "7 Years" as a song about his life so far and what he hopes to achieve in the future. He said that the reason the lyrics go as far as the age of 60 is because his father died at 61 and he needed to pass it to believe it. "7 Years" reached number one in United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Italy, Denmark (of course), Austria, Ireland, New Zealand and landed shy behind at no.2 in the United States.
